I'm sorry but that's not how stuttering works. I'll be happy to change my mind if you can find me any reputable studies showing how reading improves fluency. Reading fluently does not remove the memories of disfluency. Also no one has memories of disfluency while reading, they have them in real world situations. When you are stuttering if someone tells you to talk like you do when you're reading, what do you say? That's not how stuttering works.
