Concierge. I do a lot more listening then talking. Sometimes I have to call in orders but I'm not as bad over the phone. I was a Chauffeur before that and learned only half of the clients expect conversation. Even then it was just a matter of repeating the same thing about the weather, sports, attractions in the city. As a Bartender it was fast paced so the conversations were short. I think I still try to have as minimal conversations as I can with people.
