I've had three interviews this past month, and in all of them I've disclosed it. I think for most people, if you DON'T disclose it, they get that weird feeling of "Should I mention it?" or they will say the "Are you nervous?" line, which ultimately makes everything worse. State you have a stutter, AND state it has zero effect on your professional life at work.
