Definitely. Had an over the phone interview last year that went horribly, didn’t get the job, and destroyed my confidence. Usually what I do now is at the start of the interview I disclose my stutter to the interviewer and say that it doesn’t impact my work ethic at all, just a small thing I have to work around. Usually makes me a lot more comfortable that I’m not trying to hide it and it’s helped me a lot in those situations.
