What’s interesting is that of my uncles (very mild stutters- hard to even detect unless you know) only one of my cousins has a stutter and it’s also very mild. He is also the only boy from my uncles. My mom has no stutter at all and I’m the worst of this generation. My other aunt is also not a stutterer and her one son has a stutter (mild). It seems to follow the gender more than anything.
