What I meant by that is: you have to get out of your own head in order to liberate yourself from your stutter. Our ego inspires fear at times and self judgement. It can act as the source of so many of our anxieties. If we choose positivity and live in the present instead of anticipating the future constantly, it allows freedom from our fears (such as stuttering). I’m just writing what has worked for me. Tried my best to articulate that thought process. Hope it resonates with someone. (:
