Just like nuke fudge said, is no good. BUT expressiveness is great. Learning to be expressive and dialing that anger into talking with certainty and expression is the absolute best thing you can do. Rapeseed rage is the #1 thing that feeds a stutter. So make sure these emotions you feel, you do not shame as bad. They are valid and they are natural. Express them but living life and making choices in accordance to them could be dangerous. Hows your mindset since you last posted this?
