Nothing super special tbh I went to the... "Speech doctor"? (Idk how you call them in english) as a kid, and she gave me some breathing, speech and tongue exercises that I've been adapting to myself over the years The breathing "exercises" are mostly two, for the first one, I breathe by expanding my tummy instead of my chest, like sending the air downwards, it's a bit tricky to explain over text. The second one, this I noticed on my own, is I try to stop myself and take quick breaks to take some air while talking, because I noticed I keet talking and talking even if I had ran out of air and this made me stutter like crazy and I wouldn't be able to properly finish a sentence, so by slowing and taking time to properly pronounce the words, trying to not blurt out everything at once and making sure I don't run out of air makes it easier to talk pretty fluently, it's also why I try to avoid eating too much, as it makes it harder to breathe lol Over text it sounds like I'm talking like some kind of weirdo but from audios I've heard of myself I sound pretty normal The speech exercises are a bit weird, and I do them sporadically to be fair, the idea is to elongate the vowels while you talk, for example iiii'm gooiiing tooo gooo tooo theee paark. Again, sound really weird over text but you exaggerate it as much or as little as you want, I try to do something similar by slowing down in general while talking, because I hate how I sound if I made the bowels longer lol And about the tongue exercise I had a page full of them, but I think my mom threw them away accidentally lol Anyway, hope some of this maybe can help you, I've developed my own ways after some time and have reduced the amount I stutter by a lot, I still do if I get to excited or am too nervous, but I can kinda quickly go back to not stuttering as much Good luck :)
