This may be *neurogenic* stuttering which is a little different than *developmental* stuttering, which I think most people on this subreddit have. The good news is, assuming it isn't the result of a brain injury, neurogenic stuttering can be cured/resolved through a combination of speech therapy and mental health work. So, take everyone else's advice and see a speech therapist as soon as you can. Good luck!
