Does it need to be speech related? see if you can find those assertiveness games (team building exercises), the ones where a group of people have to work together to decide which of the 8 people trapped in a cave should be rescued first. that could be fun for a while. or general team building games. or as it's a group of men, ask them which is the fastest way to get from point a to point b in your city. that should eat up 30 minutes!
