I stutter around 15% of the time How can I bring this down to 5% because I look dumb in social situations. My father stutters around 30% of the time, I think I inherited from him or this could just be anxiety because my dad was pretty abusive from age 3-9 I just want to speak normally especially because when I’m talking to girls I look like an idiot. I just want words to come out clearly and I’m tired of brain blocks where I have to replace the word I was going to say with a wierd word I’d never use.
