Stuttering is ruining my life

Stuttering is ruining my life I’m 14 and I’ve had a stutter since I was about 8 I have friends and they’re starting to dislike me for my stammer, I know I shouldn’t be friends with them but they are all I have and I’m terrified of being alone. I stopped going out and socialising in places because whenever I talked people just gave me dirty looks and giggled with each other and I’ve just had enough people treat me like I’m stupid or think I’m rude because sometimes I don’t say thank you or I don’t say “ how was your day “ back because I’m worried I’ll stutter and make myself look like a fool and I’ve tried everything from speaking slowly to reading out loud.
