I grew up stuttering but live a pretty normal life now. If nothing you try works, you might just want to take a break from talking to your parents and text message them, instead, for a bit. They will totally understand. You seem to write really well, so it may even be an opportunity to express a different side of you to them. I say that because my personality is quite different when I chat than when I talk because (obviously) I’ve never stuttered when I chat and the ideas flow differently, especially humor. I almost feel like my brain uses a different neural path. It’s that different. Just give your brain a break from the daily frustration of stuttering with your parents and break the negativity loop. Just an idea if all else fails.
