Yup deleted the unnecessary comments coz I don't like spreading toxicity, maybe some misunderstanding I guess I agree partially with what you said. Exposure therapy and not caring about your stutter works for mild to moderate stutter. It doesn't for very severe stutter. I can say because I have tried it. For years I had been trying to fix my stutter but I failed miserably and as a side effect I developed all that anxiety. Now I just wanna get rid of the anxiety. No matter how much I try to make myself understand that it's ok to stutter, before saying something all the anxiety comes back automatically, like it's a part of my subconscious or a trauma. But that's what life has given me, so trying to live the best I can with this thing
