Well a prosthetic is just an expedient, not a permanent solution. If it weren't for far much higher prevalance of myopia, wearing glasses will also turn u into a laughing stock just like wearing prosthetics for stutter irl. What I mentioned is one treatment that can for a lifetime solve stutters but not wearing prosthetics or similar stuffs. We are not discussing about a masquerade party. Only stimulating or modifying your brain structures or functions by electrodes or something else can be entitled as 'treatment', dubbed 'cure', otherwise, they are just nothing but expedients.
