Feeling of not being able to breathe while stuttering

Feeling of not being able to breathe while stuttering I don’t know why but the past few weeks, I have been stuttering more and more than when I used to. It made me speak less openly to people than normal now. Secondly, I have the feeling whenever I stutter badly that my lungs and throat feel tight and that I can’t breathe. It’s sort of like that feeling when you suck in your stomach deep. Me stuttering has almost shattered my confidence and self-esteem. Is there any correlation to stuttering if you have asthma?
