I have been with my partner for 20 years and have 3 kids. I am from the UK and found that I was treated no differently than anyone else. Some girls were like, "lol no." Most were nice and either politely turned me down or went on a date. I struck out as often as my friends did. For some women, a stutter is a deal breaker. For most, they don't care. You won't know till you ask them out. The most helpful thing for me was to stop assuming what others think about me and just got out there. Helped me meet a bunch of nice people and eventually find my girlfriend.
