This is a lot. It sounds like she has been enabled by letting people do the hard work for her (making phone calls, setting appointments, etc). She is never going to change if this continues. “Growth happens outside your comfort zone”. I think the best thing you can do for her is stop enabling her. You are doing a great job by helping her confidence grow and being her comfort person. She needs that, but she also needs to learn how to face the real world.
