anyone experience or is currently experiencing a relapse in stutter?

anyone experience or is currently experiencing a relapse in stutter? there will be a period of time where i'm almost fully fluent, but will relapse back into stuttering and having severe blocks. went out with new friends for lunch today and i was blocking so badly while telling them an experience of mine and i could tell that they felt slightly weirded out, makes me feel like absolute shit tbh. anyone else facing the same issue?
