first of all was a small change in my routine while on medication for depression. He told me to leave the house every morning 20 minutes after I woke up for a small period of time at first. So i woke up and went outside to throw the garbage. It seemed really pointless at first tbh. We also set small goals during the day like making a diary writing the changes in my mood and emotions. aA month after the 'throwing the garbage' became a small walk around my block. Other stuff was like help my mother or father in different chores, which gave me responsibility and purpose. 3 months after was going to the gym daily and got in touch with my friends. I can also provide more extend info if you are interested. You have to know that doing all these stuff is very difficult at first and i gave up many times
