I'd say it's a good sign, but these things between women and men are already a bit complicated. I'd say you slowly start "putting yourself out there". Just say "hey, I'm kinda interested in you..." lol I think that's just the guy in me speaking. But if you're comfortable with taking the first step, it might make things easier. Again, take my advice with a grain of salt as I do hope we live in a world where all women would be comfortable making the first move. And by move I mean in clear terms.
