That’s an ideal goal but hard to achieve. Because most of us who stutters have been living most of our life anticipating and using those coping mechanisms to avoid and try to speak like how people without stutter do. I guess that’s where speech therapy comes but it’s really hard. I think it’s not fearing stutter but anxiety of what will people think of you if you talk to them with a stutter, and that will take a lot of time of practice 😭. What about your stutter? Talking normally as what u said, How does it look for you and is it severe if u do it normally without techniques or not?
