Imo trying to control it is perpetuating the struggle. But if letting it go and speak naturally was that easy we'd all be doing it. I needed a quality speech therapist to help me get to a place where I no longer worry each time I'm about to speak and it is a smaller part of my life than it used to it. I don't know the quality of stuttering therapy in Argentina but getting help was essential for me.
