But why do you want to be fluent? So you can communicate better with people? Be happier? Have a better life? IME, it's best to focus on these goals than the arbitrary goal of being "fluent". Putting pressure on yourself to not stutter and demonizing your speech only worsens your fluency and lowers your self esteem. Learning to see past your stutter - see that in the big picture, it's a very small part of who you are - is the most achievable and healthy option, I think.
