for the first time i went to a restaurant and refused to eat because i couldnt say anything off the menu without getting stuck its extremely rare that I go to in person dining, I hate everything about it. Today I was pretty much forced to go out with family/friends. I was almost shaking with nervousness and anxiety on the drive there. Got there and looked over the menu for anything that I felt confident in saying...and nothing. I knew i would have a problem saying every single thing. So I sat there and someone asked "Did everyone decide?" I shook my head yes. When the waitress came, i was dreading her getting to me. When she got to me, i just shook my head and tried to politely say no and hand her my menu. Thankfully she understood that I didnt want to order anything. So I sat there for the next hour and a half while everyone ate. And one person even asked me " so why did you come? You couldve just stayed home"...feels bad man
