It seems like you aren’t that interested in trying speech therapy but I would encourage you to see someone because it sounds like you don’t have the most current techniques. There is no cure for stuttering. But a speech therapist can teach you techniques to help prevent stuttering (look up fluency shaping its a treatment approach) Also, sometimes cluttering co occurs with stuttering and it isnt uncommon for a speech therapist to completely miss it. You may want to look up cluttering and see if it is something you relate to.
