As a stutterer, this is just wrong. Watch videos of him from 10-30 years ago. The man was sharp. Mentally. He knew where he was, and the CONTENT of his words followed a cohesive thought process. Now, his speaking is barely comprehensible. And that is a result of his mental decline, not his stutter.
