Try this: \- speak to your mother, while visualing you are alone (you will not stutter) and to this for 3 days straight \- speak alone and read out loud alone while visualizing you speak to someone you stutter to. \- 1. speak alone and remember this fluency feeling in belly. 2. then speak to your mother without technique, without thinking, just use this belly feeling from step 1. Switch between step 1 and 2 constantly
