I absolutely do this. I don't like lying and people who know me will know what I'm doing but in public and on the phone oh yeah like a couple times a week. My avoid is usually to just change words that's the only way I can read off a page my brain reads the words and spits out alt words and if I dont have alt words I will lie or talk about something else. I dont even consider this lying because it almost always is a white lie or something low stakes "I heard" or "yeah and its like...."and my summary is partially false lol
