Hey, a bit late to the party but still want to give you my take. I am now in uni but when i was in highschool, everyone knew i stuttered(now in uni i bearly meet any people). My go to method was try to talk slower then others(also helped me stutter less) and allowed me to say wittier things. Honestly though most important thing is just accepting you stutter, nothing much you can do to change that. But being a nice person and all of that shit is probably the most important part, don't get worked up about remarks about it(usually if you react the remarks will get worse). People in highschool can be mean, even if they dont realy want to hurt you. one dude started making chainsaw noises in the middle of one of my presentations. other then that, making friends will be pretty much the same as with anyone else, maybe play minecraft, go to a party if you can.
