I'm doing well at my job by ignoring what my manager and his boss tell me I need to do, but instead doing what I know needs to be done. The constant stress of being told HOW to do my job when I was already doing well has caused me to fail because I focused on what they wanted to see, but when I decided to do it my own way and say to Hell with the consequences, I stopped stuttering nearly as much and succeeded. Stress is my trigger, and IDGAF anymore. I'm making money and if they want to fire me I literally don't care anymore. May not sound like a win to some, but it's a HUGE win for ME!!!
