Yes, these kind of tests are useless if they can't allow for PWS. I did not stammer a bit in mine but came across a block, took a breath and repeated the start of my sentence to finish it, which I did without stuttering. But the tester gave me a look of disapproval. Don't let it get to you. You're not alone.
