I'm a teenager with a severe stutter and have never had a girlfriend. There's a girl I'm friends with that I like a ton, but I can barely hold a conversation with her. We message and we're great friends as long as we communicate that way. She's not allowed to date anyway so the whole situation is kind of discouraging.
