I'm not so sure Biden is a good example. His previous speeches were super clear cut for decades and he had barely any speech problems at all until the mid 2010s. Pretty sure the dude has just had one mini stroke to many - politics aside. I just don't feel comfortable as as stutterer trying to associate a politician as one of us considering his advanced age and his previous perfectly spoken speeches on record.
