That’s awesome man! Oddly enough, my stuttering has never interfered with my public speaking, and I’ve grown to quite enjoy giving talks or presentations. Similar to you, there was a speech competition in high school I won, and I ended up speaking at our graduation. It was alarming being in front of such a huge crowd, but I only briefly stuttered once during the whole thing and it felt great. Don’t let stuttering hold you or your ideas back! It’s important to grab any bit of confidence you can, and hopefully you’ll be reminded of your success here in the future when you need it :)
