Think of jobs where work done speaks for itself and avoid anything with service or care. It can be crunching numbers and writing reports as an analyst, laying tiles as a craftsman etc. Also in many tech and administrative positions you don't need to present in front of strangers, which is much more relaxed and you can take your time speaking. But most importantly it has to be something you like doing, because if the work you do stresses you then it's not a good fit.
