The truth is that taking it subjectively and/or objectively could be very different. A PWS if he/she is obsessed with the difficulty (even a light one), can perceive it as a tragedy. I knew one guy with terrible stutter, who was pretty confident and never shied to express himself. It is as a girl having not ideal (in her mind) nose starts to think about it as a personal tragedy...
