It seems you are disagreeing solely to disagree. Your original comment agrees with my original comment. Furthermore, OPs claim is that stuttering is a social problem, that the stuttering itself isn't the problem. This claim challenges the evidence based impact of genetics and neurobiology on stuttering pathophysiology. A challenge that doesn't hold up because it's made up, not evidence based. In addition, OPs claim disregards the plight of people who stutter. Stuttering is a neurological disorder and treating it as anything but that is an injustice.
