I love this subreddit, since I have a stutter too - it's amazing to see how people have stutters for different letters such as vowels, when I struggle on consonants such as 'd', 'g' and 'j'. Back to the topic though, just find a strategy that works for you I guess, some of the other strategies pointed out here I also use for when I struggle with a letter. Exhaling when you're trying to pronounce a letter is a good strategy simply because it helps out for nearly all letters I feel. But, just experiment in the mirror and find a strategy that works well for you personally, that's the main thing.
