It starts by thinking about those people who laughed at you and letting go of those grudges. The next step is letting go of your view of what "perfect" is. You ARE perfect. You need to understand this is you. You need to work with it. When you're stuttering, stop and think about what you feel. And stay aware whenever you talk. Dont think about what ur gonna say just say it. When you anticipate a word ur brain loads it prematurely and ur mind wants to pronounce the word you got loaded instead of the word you're tryna say. You need to be aware of how fast you're thinking. You need to learn to not think about what ur saying. Ik that sounds dumb but thats how everyone talks. You need to get OUTSIDE your head.
