I’m in Ireland and it’s classed as a disability? I’m in the disability program in my uni and there’s nothing else wrong with me that I know of. I had never really considered it a disability but then I went for a assessment last year and she called me neurodivergent and I 😬 A stutter impacts my daily life and I don’t see why it isn’t considered one for everyone. 🥲
