Same here... and it's even worse when someone on the phone asks for your name, address, phone number, product number, and order number all at once... Sometimes I wonder why didn't they just ask me to send them an email. Isn't copy and paste from an email much easier than listening to someone talk over a huge bunch of stuff where every detail could go wrong?
