I’m not sure where you live but I would recommend a speech and language therapist referral if possible, there might be hope here to improve substantially given what you’ve said/circs behind. You’ve come a long way and you deserve to feel good, speak with fluency and feel comfortably socially. There are lots of ways to practice, the phone is most people’s nemesis. You could ring up to enquire about x. Being in positions where you’re forced to speak and ideally asked questions back will help. Work out triggers(lack of sleep etc) and if there are certain words you block? (Vowels?) Hope this of some help ☺️
