yup i can choose to stutter or not. Any tunnelvision can be exited by focussing in multiple ways on the external world. Next to that a lot of dormant emotion is housed in the diaphragm, so you might want to breathe and focus on the trembling motion of your diaphragm when you breathe out to remember what emotion is there. Once that breath is calm you can try to focus on multiple senses while keeping the attention on the emotion in the diaphragm too. Particularity seeing and hearing block out thoughts interfering with speech such as insecurities. If u combine all of this u get to speak fluently as much as you like
