Hi bro I can get you totally. I'm a graduate student who is studying in the U.S. now and have a struggling time last year when I prepared the Tofel test. Due to the obvious blocks in my speaking part, my grades sucked and failed to reach 100 for three times. But I didn't give up hope and try again, luckily got 105 and successfully got admitted in my dream school. That's really an unforgettable memory. I recently began my second semester and encountered a lot of challenges in terms of my stutter. But I practice my speaking English actively and remain a positive mindset to relax my mouth muscle. Now it gets improved a lot and gradually not pay much attention to my mild speech impediment. Hope you can have good luck to get a speaking score over 23 and never lose hope!!!
