Try Trident Not worth a blog post, but want to let folks here know that I swear by chewing gum in helping me control my stutter when talking in front of a group. Seems counterintuitive because it adds one more thing in the mouth to think about, and it's not 100% effective of course (nothing is), but when combined with the fundamentals I find it very helpful. Maybe it's the distraction, or the tendency to be more relaxed when you're chewing gum. Anyone have similar experience? To those who don't, maybe give it a shot and report back.
