It's the little things. Just wanted to toss this out there. I'm literally standing in a starbucks after ordering a tall mocha. I stutter on "mocha" literally every time I order it. Every technique and work around fails on that god forsaken word. This particular time I hit the "m" sound for about 20 seconds. Employees were great and told me not to worry after I apologized. Mid way through I almost changed my order to a latte. But as I wait for my order to come through I realized most people are chill and will bear with you, and for goodness sake we deserve to order what we want. Stick to your guns and things can work out, even if it takes 20 seconds to say a single word! Cheers.
