Why do I only stutter when saying nouns or phrases

Why do I only stutter when saying nouns or phrases For example, “would you like ketchup”. I will always have a speech block when attempting to say “ketchup”. It’s so frustrating because I can’t change up how I say these things, it’s required to say it exactly like that for my job.
