Stuttering during work!!!

Stuttering during work!!! Hey everyone! I am a college student and I also have a campus desk job. I have a mild stutter but it gets very bad when I am speaking in public or in front of a group. I also have a desk job where I have to answer the phone and I really struggle when I pick up the call. The words don’t come out of my mouth but when I start speaking, it’s not that bad. Does anyone have any suggestions/ advice to how I can control it? Something important to notice is that my stutter completely went away and just started again in college. Any advice would be helpful.
