Starting with "my name is (blank)" or "Hi, I'm (blank)" are definitely good spring boards. Often times, I will say my name before I am asked for it, as I feel there is more pressure/anxiety subconsciously to say your name once someone has asked for it. This last one is easier said than done, but I've gotten significantly better by literally just "not thinking" when it comes to my name. That way it just kind of fires out with minimal blockage. Also, best of luck with your interviews! I recently had a job interview where I stuttered A LOT more than I usually do but was still offered the job on the spot. You'll do great, go out there and crush it!
